Welcome to Orovance These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the premium garment dying and color restoration services provided by us. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Offered
Orovance provides premium, specialized garment dying, color restoration, and specialized fabric care services. We treat every garment with the utmost care, utilizing advanced color chemistry techniques.
2. Fabric Evaluation & Risk Acceptance
Pre-Service Inspection: Every garment submitted for dying or restoration undergoes a strict inspection. However, certain underlying fabric defects, prior chemical treatments, or intense stains may only react once the dying process begins.
Color Variations: While we strive for perfection and use high-grade color pigments, the final shade may vary slightly depending on the original base color, material composition (natural vs. synthetic fibers), and the age of the fabric.
Shrinkage & Damage Disclaimer: Delicate or heavily worn fabrics can sometimes experience minor shrinkage or texture changes during high-temperature dye processing. Orovance will not be held liable for inherent fabric weaknesses that lead to such damage during standard processing.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices for our services are listed on our platform or communicated during order confirmation.
Full or partial payment (as specified at the time of booking) must be cleared before the processed garments are delivered back to you.
Payments are securely handled through authorized Indian payment gateways, and Orovance does not store your sensitive financial credentials.
4. Pickup and Delivery
We offer pickup and delivery services across designated locations. While we aim to strictly follow scheduled slots, delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen logistical challenges are exempted from liabilities.
Customers are requested to verify their garments at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported to our delivery executive or customer support immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
In the rare event of severe damage or loss of a garment directly caused by proven negligence on our part, Orovance’s maximum liability will be limited to a fair depreciated value of the garment or up to 5 times the service fee charged for that specific item, whichever is lower. We do not assume liability for luxury designer tags or sentimental value.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, brand names (including “Orovance”), images, and website layouts are the exclusive property of Orovance and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where our primary registered workshop/office is located.
8. Changes to Terms
Orovance reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website or services following any updates signifies your agreement to the revised terms.
